About The Position

This field-based and remote role supports key accounts in an assigned geography. The Territory Account Specialist is the primary point of contact for accounts and healthcare providers, building relationships, identifying shared priorities, and connecting customers with Novartis resources to improve patient outcomes. The role balances demand generation with strategic account engagement, using clinical and account-based selling, access navigation, collaborative problem-solving, team coordination, and omnichannel engagement. The position does not offer relocation support or visa sponsorship. The candidate must live within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from its border and must be able to travel 60–80% across a broad geography. Driving is an essential function; a fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license is required. The position may be filled at a level commensurate with experience: Associate, Territory, or Senior Territory Account Specialist. The stated salary range for the Territory Account Specialist level is $114,100–$211,900 per year; the wider compensation summary gives separate ranges for Associate ($81,200–$150,800) and Senior ($132,300–$245,700) levels. Compensation includes a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on role level, possible eligibility for annual equity awards. Eligible US-based employees receive health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and paid time off including vacation, personal days, holidays, and other leaves. Individuals hired into field roles with a dedicated training period must complete initial training, including home study, limited to eight or fewer hours per day and 40 or fewer hours per week.
