About The Position

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking Oncology Concierge Technicians to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time position with a remote work opportunity. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of pharmacy experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge, knowledge of pharmacy terminology including sig codes, and Roman numerals, brand/generic names of medication, basic math and analytical skills, Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills.
• Pharmacy Technician State License/Registration (per State Board of Pharmacy).
• Certain States also require National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT via PTCB/NHA).

Nice To Haves

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
• 3+ years pharmacy experience
• Specialty pharmacy experience

Responsibilities

• Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries, triage calls to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-payments.
• Understand unique attributes and business rules specific to Manufacturer programs that participate with Concierge Services.
• Perform duties as assigned by Sr Mgr, Ops Processes & Concierge Service specific to needs of manufacturer relationship. This could include but not limited to: verifying on label status, offering HUB enrollment opportunities, researching pending patients for updates.
• Perform activities related to the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal laws and REMS programs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and other duties as assigned.
