About The Position

Ever rented an apartment? RentEngine makes it faster, easier, and cheaper. Hundreds of leasing teams in 45 states rely on RentEngine every day. We launched in 2025 and are growing by 15%/month with a lean team of 15. We ship new features daily and announce weekly (rentengine.io/blog). Now we're hiring to build even faster. Requirements

  • 1-3 years in leasing or property management, and now want to work on the tech side
  • Loves talking to customers daily
  • Is meticulously detail-oriented
  • Wants to deliver a 10/10 experience to leasing teams

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and train them on the RentEngine platform
  • Check in with new customers to help answer technical questions and share best practices
  • Help build the systems for us to onboard more leasing teams to RentEngine
  • Shape the product direction, based on your experience and feedback from customers you work with
