Onboarding & Training Coordinator
About The Position
RentEngine is seeking an Onboarding & Training Coordinator to join their growing team. This role involves onboarding new customers and training them on the RentEngine platform, checking in with customers to answer technical questions and share best practices, and helping to build systems for scaling customer onboarding. The position also offers the opportunity to shape product direction based on customer feedback. This is a high-growth, high-ownership startup environment with no middle managers, where individuals are encouraged to take initiative and contribute significantly.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in leasing or property management, and now want to work on the tech side
- Loves talking to customers daily
- Is meticulously detail-oriented
- Wants to deliver a 10/10 experience to leasing teams
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and train them on the RentEngine platform
- Check in with new customers to help answer technical questions and share best practices
- Help build the systems for us to onboard more leasing teams to RentEngine
- Shape the product direction, based on your experience and feedback from customers you work with
