Requirements

High School diploma required
Strong telephone and verbal communication skills
Strong written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Meticulous attention to detail
Time management skills
Quick learner and adapt to changes within the organization
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new computer programs
Desire to be a team player and work as part of a group

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the Operations/Sales & recruiting teams and BDN Contractors
Provide support for the BDN Contractors
Use problem solving skills to find ways to meet the needs of the BDN Contractors
Ensure onboarding documents and other requirements are properly completed prior to the start of an assignment
Communicate with Account Executives and Recruiters to ensure proper documentation is completed and received
Set up & track drug tests and background checks per client requirements
Track and communicate pending requirements to internal team
Send out and review contractor paperwork
