About The Position
CSC is seeking a self-motivated, inquisitive, and adventurous college student (rising Junior or Senior) to join our Mobility, Immigration, and Onboarding team within our People and Culture department in our Wilmington, DE office. This position is an opportunity to learn and assist with global onboarding and other ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Rising Junior or Senior
- Currently attending college with a major relevant to HR
- Enjoys working in a team environment, but able to excel at independent tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and easily adapts to change

- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you have the latitude to problem-solve and make quick decisions
Responsibilities
- Extending offers
- Creating employment contracts
- Reviewing background checks
- Completing mandated right to work checks for new CSC joiners
- Partnering and learning from other People and Culture teams
