About The Position

The Onboarding & Hiring Specialist will be responsible for creating compelling job postings based on regional information, managing the recruitment process from shortlisting potential candidates to conducting interviews (online or in person). This role will also oversee employee terminations in accordance with company policies, direct and manage the onboarding department, and ensure compliance with established rules and procedures. Additionally, the specialist will conduct employee evaluations and audits to support ongoing development and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR-related roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Knowledge of company policies, employment law, and best HR practices.
  • Leadership skills to manage and direct departmental activities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong audit and evaluation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and post job openings tailored to regional requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Initiate employee terminations following the guidelines outlined in the company handbook.
  • Lead and supervise the onboarding department, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular employee evaluations and performance audits.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to meet recruitment and performance goals.
