The Onboarding & Hiring Specialist will be responsible for creating compelling job postings based on regional information, managing the recruitment process from shortlisting potential candidates to conducting interviews (online or in person). This role will also oversee employee terminations in accordance with company policies, direct and manage the onboarding department, and ensure compliance with established rules and procedures. Additionally, the specialist will conduct employee evaluations and audits to support ongoing development and adherence to company standards.
