Planned Parenthood of Southern New England (PPSNE) is seeking an Onboarding and Training Coordinator to provide essential administrative coordination and operational support for the EOC Department. This role focuses on supporting the Health Center Staff Training Team and developing efficient systems for department operations. The coordinator will manage onboarding, orientation, ongoing training, and professional development programs, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with EOC teams to achieve agency-wide goals. They will also support HR in the new hire onboarding process, manage end-to-end training logistics, act as a point of contact for IDI implementation, and support language fluency assessments and Medical Interpreter Training. Additionally, the role involves administering the Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining training documentation, developing reports on training metrics, and providing administrative and project support for various departmental initiatives and cross-departmental meetings. The coordinator will also contribute to EOC communications and coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage priorities and timelines effectively, identifying and resolving routine challenges independently.
