This is a full-time, onsite role in Sandy, UT, where you will support candidates through their exam experience from check-in to completion. Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide candidates through the testing process
• Proctor exams and ensure a secure, professional environment
• Answer calls and assist with questions or issues
• Provide calm, helpful customer service (even under pressure!)
• Work with your team to improve the testing experience
