About The Position

Accurate Personnel is hiring an Onsite Supervisor for its Fort Worth/Burleson, Texas location. The supervisor manages the field employee workforce, enforces safety protocols, proactively supports client needs, resolves issues in real time, assists with attendance and payroll tasks, and helps improve operational efficiency. The role works in a fast-paced warehouse environment and includes regular floor walks throughout the site. The position pays $24–$26 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime, with weekly pay. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility required for start and end times. The company offers medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Requirements

At least 2–3 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
Ability to work with spreadsheets, such as Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Strong organization and multitasking skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Flexibility with work start and end times.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience with Novatime or Timerack.

Responsibilities

Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching, and terminations.
Provide flexible and available customer service to clients and associates.
Maintain accurate records and documentation and provide accurate reporting to the client and Accurate Personnel.
Monitor timeclock usage and create and run daily reports for attendance and payroll purposes.
Walk the entire site floor at least three times daily to monitor safety and policy compliance.
Use problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and customer-service skills.
Communicate clearly and work independently and as part of a team.
Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers as needed.
Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies.
