Lease Up- On Site Property Manager

Resicap PayrollWesley Chapel, FL
Onsite

About The Position

ResiHome is a tech-enabled, full-service property management company that has intentionally lifted the administrative weight off its On-Site Property Managers. Application processing, screening, and lease generation are handled centrally through a hands-off process. An AI-enhanced platform provides real-time insight into daily tasks, and a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator handles vendor scheduling. The role focuses on community building, leasing, and resident care, with less emphasis on paperwork and data entry. The On-Site Property Manager acts as the face of the community, responsible for touring prospects, hosting events, and transforming houses into desirable living spaces. This is a field-based, On-Site position.
