FEDITC is seeking an On-site Program Manager work at Lackland AFB in San Antonio TX area. Responsible for ensuring the contractor team provides timely delivery of high-quality support and provides strategic recommendations and solutions to the 67 CW Commander and Wing Staff.

Requirements

  • A United States Citizenship and an active Top Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  • Active Top-Secret clearance is required.
  • Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
  • Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and provide senior management guidance and direction to the contractor team.
  • Provide a listing of contractor personnel 24 hours prior to onboarding new staff.
  • Support the 67 CW by maximizing and utilizing the teams’ collective talents to achieve the objectives of the PWS; engaging with military and civilian partners in the 67 CW to ensure follow up and proper closure on all responsible performance objectives and standards specified in the contract; and by building a strategic partnership between 67 CW leadership team and the contractor to facilitate 67 CW’s success.
  • Serve as the 67 CW point of contact for all contractor performance issues, concerns, and requests.
  • Coordinate an initial meeting with 67 CW senior leaders to discuss expectations and level of support.
  • Establish a quarterly performance update meeting with 67 CW senior leaders to highlight the contractor’s contributions to supporting the 67 CW’s mission in accordance with the provisions of the PWS. This meeting will provide a forum for wing leadership to address any concerns and an opportunity to provide follow-up on previous open items of interest.
  • Provide the 67 CW and COR with a monthly report of performance and support.
  • Attend 67 CW staff meetings and other applicable meetings to ensure information is properly disseminated to the contractor team as appropriate to meet the objectives of the PWS and contract and ensure the timely and quality of deliverables.
  • Lead and develop a transition plan, to minimize interruptions to the contract for any reason. The contractor shall plan for the transfer of work control, delineating the method for processing and assigning tasks during the transition period.
  • Travel to other Government facilities as required in support of contract performance, including attending meetings, conferences, and providing training.
