About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking an On-Site Janitorial Supervisor for an upcoming project opportunity: Janitorial Services for Parks "NORTH" Locations (Bid Discount). This role involves directing daily work, maintaining records, conducting inspections, communicating with the City of Tampa, and correcting service deficiencies. The supervisor will also ensure adherence to requirements for uniforms, identification, access control, alarms, keys, supply storage, and safety. The consultant will review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadlines, and client requirements. They will provide requested role-specific materials such as resumes, cover letters, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability. Coordination with FuntoNetwork on the consultant role and technical work, clear communication with stakeholders, and support for quality control and status updates are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work, maintain sign-in records, conduct inspections, communicate with the City, and correct service deficiencies.
• Ensure uniforms, identification, access control, alarm, key, supply-storage, and safety requirements are followed.
• Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
• Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
