About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Commercial Janitorial Technician for an upcoming project opportunity: Janitorial Services for Parks "NORTH" Locations (Bid Discount). This role involves completing cleaning tasks and frequencies assigned to each facility while protecting City property. The technician will also be responsible for reporting hazards, fires, repairs, supply needs, access issues, and unusual conditions to supervision. Reviewing the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to the assigned work is also a core responsibility. The technician will provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as their resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability. Coordination with FuntoNetwork on the assigned consultant role and related technical work, clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support for quality control, status updates, and readiness for the assigned portion of the work are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
