About The Position

Sage Lodge is seeking an On-Site Adventure Guide to lead guests on various adventures, ensuring their safety and providing an exceptional experience. This role involves engaging with guests, informing them about available adventures, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, and responding to inquiries. The guide will also be responsible for ongoing communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Must have valid driver license

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of fly fishing and biking preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must possess the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Hospitality experience a plus

Responsibilities

Guide guests on a variety of different onsite adventures
Ensures the safety of guests and team members during adventures
Responsible for the over cleanliness of the facility
Engage with guests and ensure they are aware of the adventures offered
Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintains favorable guest and employee relations
On-going communication with all departments and ensures all staff members are informed of updates, changes and/or problematic situation
Additional duties may be assigned

Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $19 to $20 DOE
