About The Position

Columbia Hospitality is seeking an On-Site Adventure Guide to join their team at Sage Lodge. This role is responsible for guiding guests on various on-site adventures, ensuring their safety, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. The guide will also engage with guests to inform them about available adventures and handle inquiries and complaints to foster positive guest and employee relations. Strong communication and collaboration with other departments are essential to keep staff informed of updates and changes.

Requirements

Knowledge of fly fishing and biking preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must possess the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Must have valid driver license
Hospitality experience a plus

Responsibilities

Guide guests on a variety of different onsite adventures
Ensures the safety of guests and team members during adventures
Responsible for the over cleanliness of the facility
Engage with guests and ensure they are aware of the adventures offered
Responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintains favorable guest and employee relations
On-going communication with all departments and ensures all staff members are informed of updates, changes and/or problematic situation
