About The Position

Showcase your skills by providing daily preparation requirements while working together with the culinary team to ensure quality and constancy of food items. Line Cook II is responsible for reading and interpreting recipes, conducting inventory and adhering to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous cooking experience required.
  • Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s).
  • Must have valid driver license.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily preparation requirements.
  • Work with the culinary team to ensure quality and constancy of food items.
  • Read and interpret recipes.
  • Conduct inventory.
  • Adhere to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures.
  • Possess knife skills.
  • Adjust preparations for flavor.
  • Accommodate customer's needs in a timely manner.
