Sage Lodge is seeking a Grill Restaurant Outlet Chef to oversee the daily activities of the kitchen. This role is responsible for the selection, training, and performance management of the Culinary Team. The Grill Outlet Chef will work closely with Culinary leadership on special and catered events, attend meetings to discuss upcoming events, and facilitate monthly department meetings. This position manages division activities through the Food and Beverage Team, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded, and maintains efficient operations while adhering to established safety and quality standards. The Grill Outlet Chef ensures a safe work environment, develops menus with Executive Chef approval, and supports catering and event planning. They maintain ongoing communication with all departments, respond to inquiries and complaints, protect company assets, and complete monthly food inventories.
