Requirements

  • Established contacts within the industry, and/or the ability and desire to make them quickly and smoothly.
  • Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhones and iPads, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and thrive on autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills which enable you to craft and deliver the right message, to the right people, at the right time.
  • Possess a strong understanding of sales processes and are able to analyze sales and customer data, draw the right conclusions, and develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the essential functions of this job.
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Establish yourself as a trusted voice within the local scene through your deep industry knowledge, cultural awareness, and understanding of emerging trends.
  • Take ownership of On Premise sales and marketing execution within your territory, driving growth and delivering impactful results.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your local market, staying ahead of trends, identifying new opportunities, and translating insights into action.
  • Proactively uncover and secure new business opportunities that strengthen Red Bull’s presence and influence.
  • Create and implement innovative strategies, tools, and activation plans that elevate brand visibility and commercial success.
  • Build lasting partnerships with customers, industry leaders, and key decision-makers by serving as a knowledgeable and valued advisor.
  • Deliver meaningful customer interactions that provide strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and measurable business value.
  • Leverage strong sales, influencing, and negotiation skills to drive mutually beneficial outcomes for both customers and Red Bull.
  • Approach challenges with creativity and a solutions-focused mindset, developing innovative ways to grow the brand and maintain market leadership.
