About The Position

This role is for an On Premise Specialist, referred to as a Musketeer, at Red Bull. The company seeks individuals with an unwavering enthusiasm for the nightlife environment, a passion for the brand, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Musketeers are expected to work independently and bring the Red Bull brand to life in various on-premise locations. The position involves sales and marketing activities, building relationships with key influencers and business partners, and acting as a trusted business consultant to customers. The role requires a creative approach to problem-solving and marketing to maintain Red Bull's number one position in the on-premise channel.

Requirements

  • Established contacts within the industry, or the ability and desire to make them quickly and smoothly.
  • Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhones and iPads, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Thrive on autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Ability to analyze sales and customer data, draw conclusions, and develop initiatives.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Showcase the premium Red Bull brand using unique personality.
  • Bring the brand to life in trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, and events.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners.
  • Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in the assigned market.
  • Develop and deploy strategies and tools for effective sales pitches.
  • Strengthen and nurture professional relationships with established customers.
  • Create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
  • Achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull.
  • Surpass previous marketing and sales goals.
  • Take a creative approach to problem solving and marketing.
  • Negotiate strong, mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
