About The Position

This role is for an On Premise Specialist, referred to as a Musketeer, at Red Bull. The position requires an unwavering enthusiasm for the nightlife environment and an entrepreneurial spirit to work independently. The Musketeer will be responsible for Red Bull's brand presence and sales activities in the on-premise channel, acting as a brand ambassador and business consultant to establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, business partners, and customers. The role involves developing and deploying sales and marketing strategies, analyzing sales data, and problem-solving creatively to maintain Red Bull's leading position in the on-premise market.

Requirements

  • Established contacts within the industry, and/or the ability and desire to make them quickly and smoothly.
  • Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhones and iPads, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Thrive on autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Able to analyze sales and customer data, draw the right conclusions, and develop initiatives offering maximum value.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Employees may be required to lift and/or move items weighing 25 pounds or more, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Showcase the premium Red Bull brand using unique personality.
  • Bring the brand to life in various venues including restaurants, bars, clubs, festivals, and exclusive events.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners.
  • Build personal reputation within the local scene based on industry knowledge and trends.
  • Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in the assigned market.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for Red Bull.
  • Develop and deploy strategies and tools for effective sales pitches.
  • Strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers.
  • Create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
  • Provide insightful thoughts, astute observations, and strategic considerations to customers.
  • Utilize sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull.
  • Surpass previous marketing and sales goals.
  • Take a creative approach to problem-solving and marketing.
  • Negotiate strong, mutually beneficial partnership agreements to build long-term relationships.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $60,000-$90,000
