The On Premise Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing distributor relationships, and executing market strategy across the On Premise channel within an assigned territory. This role will work closely with distributor partners and key On Premise accounts (bars, restaurants, nightlife venues, and high-volume locations) to expand distribution, increase rate of sale, and ensure strong in-market execution. In addition to owning the On Premise business, this role will play a key part in elevating execution across the broader market by partnering with distributor teams and supporting cross-channel alignment. This is a highly visible, field-based role that requires strong relationship management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
