About The Position

Drive Red Bull’s sales and marketing in on-premise accounts within the assigned region in collaboration with the team of Musketeers. The ROPM will train, coach, develop, and evaluate the Musketeers to build a high-performing team. The ROPM will strengthen the brand’s image in the on-premise channel, ensure excellent and efficient area coverage by the Musketeers, and continuously improve Red Bull’s return on investment. The work lifestyle aligns with Red Bull’s culture and Musketeer profiles. Interactions with customers and consumers motivate individuals to want to be associated with the Red Bull brand. The brand’s image is strengthened through customer interactions and personal style.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge, experience, and contacts in the on-premise industry (“the scene”).
  • 4+ years of sales experience with a strong record of success.
  • 2+ years of management experience (experience in the on-premise beverage industry is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Creative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Fully understands and embodies the Musketeer profile.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures excellent, intelligent, and efficient coverage of the area through Musketeers.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key On-Premise partners.
  • Spends at least four days per week in the field with Musketeers.
  • Properly manages partnership agreement payments and budgets.
  • Maintains professional and appropriate conduct during both daytime and nighttime visits.
  • Analyzes regional and account-specific data to understand key business drivers.
  • Manages the team to ensure On-Premise account staff understand the brand and Red Bull execution standards.
  • Ensures that accounts are properly serviced by Musketeers to drive increased sales.
  • Ensures premium On-Premise activation and High 5 execution at third-party events held in On-Premise venues.
  • Leverages global and national activities and events in appropriate venues.
  • Allocates resources to achieve the highest return on investment and continuously improves dollar-per-case spending.
  • Monitors market trends and maintain data on competitors.
  • Implements national and regional business plans.
  • Ensures that short- and long-term strategies and activities are consistent with RBNA guidelines.
  • Assists in developing the business plan and budget for the business unit.
  • Communicates effectively with RBNA, customers, and distributors.
  • Guides, trains, and leads Musketeers toward desired outcomes.
  • Effectively coaches Musketeers based on observed strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Inspires and encourages the team’s success through a variety of actions.
  • Continuously identifies and engages potential qualified candidates for the team.
  • Works with the OPM to ensure that visibility is perfectly executed to optimize sales.
  • Ensures that Red Bull products are listed on menus and displayed in coolers in accordance with RBNA guidelines and established planograms.
  • Works with the OPM to ensure that a cold can of Red Bull is served to the consumer when ordered, either as part of a cocktail or as a stand-alone beverage.
  • Works with the OPM to encourage optimal pricing for Red Bull and Red Bull cocktails across all managed accounts, in line with RBNA guidelines.
  • Works with the OPM to sell in appropriate consumption activation tools and communication materials.
