About The Position

As a Full-Time On-Premise Account Manager at Viking Coca-Cola, you will be the driving force behind expanding the On-Premise Drink Market to its fullest potential by not only introducing our exceptional products but also enhancing on-premise equipment offerings. You'll develop and implement innovative strategies designed to yield positive outcomes in your assigned market while partnering with support functions to consistently exceed customer expectations for superior sales performance. Staying informed about competitive policies, processes, and promotions will be vital to your success. Additionally, you will assist in facilitating training sessions, equipping employees in the on-premise market with valuable knowledge and skills. You'll also create and manage exciting incentive programs tailored for specific sales initiatives. This role requires a customer-centric approach, projecting a positive image of Viking Coca-Cola's products to employees, customers, and consumers alike.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in developing effective marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of the beverage industry and its products.
  • Excellent oral and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with clients.
  • Ability to address customer and employee concerns.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Valid class D driver's license.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check in line with the Vehicle Safety Policy.
