About The Position

Evolution is hiring On-Camera Casino Dealers at its Atlantic City studio. Dealers host and deal live table games—including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat—on camera for online players around the world. This is a studio position, not a casino-floor role: there are no physical players at the table and no cash handling. The professional studio includes cameras, lights, game tables, and a full team. No prior casino or dealing experience is required. Employees receive two weeks of paid, hands-on dealer training through Evolution Academy before going live. The position offers a consistent full-time schedule, with day, evening, and overnight shifts available. Employees rotate among those shifts according to schedule, with the same shift and days each week; weekend availability is required. Pay starts at $17–$18 per hour guaranteed, including base pay and guaranteed tips. Monthly performance bonuses and growth opportunities are available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Jersey gaming license.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable being on camera.
Reliable and professional.
Able to follow procedures consistently and accurately.
Available to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule.
Weekend availability is required.
Able to sit or stand for the duration of the shift based on game assignment.

Nice To Haves

Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
Experience in restaurants, bars, hospitality, retail, customer service, hotels, reception, entertainment, performing arts, call centers, or other customer-facing roles is a strong fit.
Casino or gaming experience is a plus but is not required.
