About The Position

Evolution is hiring On-Camera Casino Dealers to work at its Atlantic City studio. Dealers host and deal live table games—including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat—on camera for online players around the world. The role combines live table games dealing, on-camera hosting, and customer service in a professional studio environment. It is not a casino-floor position; there are no physical players at the table and no cash handling. No casino or dealing experience is required. New hires receive two weeks of paid, hands-on dealer training through Evolution Academy before going live. The position offers a consistent full-time schedule, with day, evening, and overnight shifts available. Employees rotate among those shift types based on the schedule, while working the same shift and days each week. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Jersey gaming license.
Strong communication skills.
Comfort with being on camera.
Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality.
Ability to follow procedures consistently and accurately.
Availability for assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnights, depending on the schedule.
Comfort working full-time and interest in growth opportunities.

Nice To Haves

Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
Experience in restaurants, bars, hospitality, retail, customer service, hotels, reception, entertainment, performing arts, call centers, or other customer-facing roles.
Casino or gaming experience is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

$17–$18 per hour guaranteed starting pay, including base pay and guaranteed tips.
Starting pay of $7 per hour base plus a $10 per hour guaranteed tip rate.
