About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized, and efficient professionals with hospice experience to join their Hospice Family for the Genesee and Lapeer County areas. This rewarding opportunity involves working as an On-Call Hospice Nurse with a 7 days on - 7 days off schedule. The role includes triaging patient calls, making patient visits, performing tuck-ins, and handling admissions as needed.

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers

Nice To Haves

• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls
• Make patient visits
• Perform tuck-ins

• Participate in field visits daily
• Participate in weekly office meetings as indicated
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on an on-call basis
