About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized and efficient professionals with Hospice experience to join their Hospice Family as an On-Call Hospice Nurse for the Troy and surrounding areas. The role involves triaging patient calls, making patient visits, performing tuck-ins, and conducting admissions as needed. The position offers a 7 days on - 7 days off schedule.

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a on call basis

Nice To Haves

• 1 year hospice experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls
• Make patient visits
• Perform tuck-ins
• Do Admissions as needed
• Participate in field visits daily
• Participate in weekly office meetings as indicated
