Requirements
- Current Missouri LPN license, in good standing
- At least 1 year of LPN experience in the last 3 years
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- hospice experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and procedures to hospice patients.
- Follow individualized care plans under RN supervision.
- Document all nursing services provided.
- Offer education, comfort, and support to patients and caregivers at the end of life.
