About The Position

ICMS is seeking a dependable and experienced Part-Time On Call Custodian to support a customer facility in Dugway, Utah. The custodian performs routine manual tasks to maintain the cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and appearance of the building and its surrounding areas, while providing high-quality service and exceptional customer service. The role includes routine and non-routine cleaning, responding to emergency or upkeep requests, maintaining supplies, and reporting issues to supervisors.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to stand and walk during the work shift.

Responsibilities

Clean bathrooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, polishing metals, and restocking dispensers.
Empty and decontaminate trash containers.
Move, rearrange, and dust furniture and fixtures.
Clean windows and walls using appropriate tools.
Sweep sidewalks, porches, and tiled surfaces.
Report minor building or equipment repair needs to a supervisor.
Fold microfiber towels and flat mops when assigned.
Water plants and perform other assigned grounds duties.
Perform general cleaning throughout the building, including tables, break rooms, lunchrooms, restrooms, offices, doors, floors, windows, and trash removal.
Manage routine upkeep of interior and exterior areas, green space, and parking areas.
Follow health and safety regulations and adhere to personal protective equipment requirements.
Complete non-routine cleaning according to the specified job.
Respond to emergency calls and cleanup or upkeep requests.
Ensure areas are stocked, maintained, and equipped as needed.
Be courteous and professional during the workday.
Report issues to the direct supervisor and manager.
