About The Position

Moldaw Residences is seeking a hospitality-focused On Call Concierge to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers. The role involves providing warm, professional assistance and supporting a positive experience for people visiting or contacting the community. The Concierge also helps address concerns while balancing organizational objectives with individuals’ needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues raised by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers while meeting organizational objectives and ensuring individuals feel appropriately served.
• Prevent difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivered packages, record receipt in a log book, and notify the resident recipient.
• Prepare maintenance work orders requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
