On Call Concierge
About The Position
Moldaw Residences is recruiting a hospitality-focused On Call Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for the community. The role greets residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers warmly and professionally, and provides ongoing telephone coverage. The Concierge addresses issues while supporting organizational objectives and ensuring people feel appropriately served, and helps prevent difficult situations from escalating. The role also handles delivery packages, prepares maintenance work orders, and assists the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Meet and greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
- Resolve issues raised by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers while meeting organizational objectives and ensuring individuals feel appropriately served.
- Keep difficult situations from escalating.
- Accept delivery packages, record receipt in a log book, and notify the recipient resident.
- Prepare maintenance work orders requested by residents and staff.
- Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
