On Call Caregiver (First Responder)
About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated On Call In Home Caregivers for Seniors to provide essential support to seniors in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to immediately report to the client place within 1 hour enhancing the quality of care and life for our clients while ensuring their safety and comfort. This role requires a blend of caregiving skills, empathy, and the ability to manage various tasks related to daily living. Are you a first responder with a flexible schedule? Looking for a professional caregiver to be on-call either Monday-Thursday OR Friday-Sunday. In the event you are needed to cover a shift, you get paid your hourly rate PLUS $50 per day bonus.
Requirements
- Must be able to report to the client place within 1 hour.
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- First responder with a flexible schedule.
- Professional caregiver to be on-call either Monday-Thursday OR Friday-Sunday.

- Experience in cooking and meal preparation tailored to individual dietary needs is beneficial.
- A compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills is essential for building trust with clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties.
- Support clients with mobility needs.
