The Bell person is responsible for assisting with the check-in/check-out processes and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. Essential Functions Must adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life. Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag. Be knowledgeable of all VIP areas. Be aware of all daily events. Report Safety or Guests Hazards to the Guest services management or Safety and Loss Prevention team. Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. Must have thorough knowledge of the resorts, its’ features, and benefits. Load and unload luggage carts. Escort guests and deliver luggage to rooms and familiarize them with resort services and amenities (hours of outlets, pool, and exercise room, etc.). Provide a brief tour of the guest room highlighting the main features and benefits. Check/store luggage for arrivals and departures with luggage tags. Deliver luggage or/and amenities to the guest rooms. Provide shuttle service throughout Silverado Resort via golf cart and guest services vehicles. Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance of guest service vehicles ands golf carts/ Assist with room changes. Maintain current listing of local and area attractions, special events and activities. Maintain list of local transportation guides, churches, sports arenas, etc. Assist Houseperson with guest requests. Provide information, maps and directions as required. Abide by all resort policies and safety rules. Perform other duties as requested by management.
