About The Position

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Greet, assist, and direct guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. Carry a radio to respond to calls to deliver, retrieve, and store luggage (rack/closet) for our guests. Load and unload luggage to/from vehicles. Keep accurate records and record numbers neatly while delivering and retrieving luggage for bus groups Direct contact with guests requires patience and good communication. The Bell Person will also be responsible for storage and retrieval of luggage in the luggage room. Engage with guests asking how they are enjoying their stay. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a driving record that meets Company requirements.
  • Must have schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts and overtime, as needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around entire property for entire shift
  • Must have good verbal, written communication, & interpersonal skills.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers.
  • I understand that the Casino and its surrounding areas are under constant surveillance, and that as an employee of Caesars Virginia, I will be subject to this surveillance.
  • I also acknowledge that I have had my photograph taken and understand it will be kept on file with Caesars Virginia Surveillance Department.
