About The Position

The On Call Barista attends to the daily functions of the Market area, provides information and assistance to hotel guests, and ensures daily Market food and beverage service is maintained and served to Crescent and/or brand standards. Scheduled hours are 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; a second shift may be required when necessary. The associate must be available to work weekends and holidays and have open availability.

• Communicate well with guests.
• Be willing to help coworkers and work as a team player.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and guests.
• Be available to work weekends and holidays, with open availability required.
