About The Position

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an On Call Barista to join its outlets team. The role attends to the daily functions of the Market, provides information and assistance to hotel guests, and maintains daily food and beverage service in accordance with Crescent and/or brand standards. Scheduled hours are 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; a second shift may be required when necessary. Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.

• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Communicate well with guests.
• Be willing to assist coworkers and work as a team player.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and guests.
• Have open availability and be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the daily functions of the Market area.
• Provide information and assistance to hotel guests as requested.
• Maintain and serve the Market’s daily food and beverage service according to Crescent and/or brand standards.
• Help coworkers with their job duties and contribute as a team player.
