Evolutionary Healthcare is seeking a passionate Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT / ONMM) Physician to join our rapidly growing post-acute care team serving skilled nursing facilities throughout Florida. Requirements
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience performing Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT, ONMM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
- A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Perform medical evaluations and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities.
- Diagnose and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions using a hands-on, patient-centered approach.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and wellness strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with patients throughout your assigned facilities.
