About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) in Jacksonville, Florida. Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License REQUIRED
• Comfortable Working Independently REQUIRED

• Ability to Manage Caseload Independently REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and assessments
