About The Position

This is an opportunity for a driven, relationship-focused Patient Advocate / Healthcare Sales Executive to expand Nightingale Visiting Nurses' referral network and increase patient access to exceptional home health services. The role involves developing and strengthening referral relationships, driving patient admissions by promoting home health services, creating strategic territory growth plans, tracking referral data, and representing the company at professional meetings. Nightingale Visiting Nurses has been delivering compassionate, high-quality care for over 30 years.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare marketing
  • Established relationships within SNFs, hospitals, and physician networks
  • Proven success in referral growth and territory development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen referral relationships with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and physician offices
  • Drive patient admissions by effectively promoting Nightingale’s home health services
  • Create and execute strategic territory growth plans
  • Track referral data, analyze performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with leadership to expand market presence
  • Represent Nightingale at professional meetings and community events
