About The Position

Walmart is Reckitt's #1 customer in North America. The shelf and the screen are now the same shelf. We need someone who can win all of it. Shoppers move between Walmart.com, the app, and 4,600+ stores in a single trip. The brands that win don't pick a channel — they own the journey. That's the job. You'll run how our brands show up for the Walmart shopper — from the search bar to the endcap — with real budget, real KPIs, and real impact on the P&L.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–6 years in eCommerce, omnichannel, customer/shopper marketing, or retail-facing brand roles in CPG, retail, or agency.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one major retailer's digital ecosystem (Walmart, Amazon, Target, Kroger, Instacart).
  • Fluency with retail media. You've planned campaigns, read a brand-halo report, and pushed back on an agency.
  • Strong analytical chops. Comfortable in Scintilla, Retail Link, Madrid, or equivalent. Excel is a second language.
  • Bias for action. You ship, measure, iterate.
  • Direct Walmart experience — supplier, broker, or Walmart itself preferred.

Responsibilities

  • POS, Digital Penetration & share growth on Walmart.com and in-store.
  • Digital shelf health: content score, in-stock %, search visibility, ratings, share of shelf.
  • Walmart Connect ROAS and incremental sales lift.
  • Flawless execution of Cold & Flu, Back to School, Holiday, Easter, and Walmart's seasonal resets.
  • Build the annual Walmart activation calendar — promos, launches, seasonal moments, category resets.
  • Lead the JBP activation workstream with the Walmart team in Bentonville.
  • Run the playbook for tentpole moments: brief, align, launch, measure, learn, scale.
  • Own content quality across every Reckitt SKU on Walmart.com — titles, bullets, A+, imagery, video, reviews.
  • Drive search share on priority keywords through organic optimization and Sponsored Search.
  • Partner with Supply and Sales to keep in-stock above 95% on top items.
  • Plan, brief, and optimize Sponsored Search, Sponsored Brand, Display, and Onsite with our agency.
  • Hold the agency to ROAS, share of voice, and incrementality — not vanity metrics.
  • Test offsite (DSP), in-store digital, and emerging Connect formats.
  • Translate brand equity into Walmart-shopper-relevant activation: displays, secondary placements, modular resets, in-club sampling.
  • Connect digital and physical: digital coupons, store locator, BOPIS, Walmart+ moments.
  • Influence without authority across Sales, Brand, CAP, RGM, Supply, and Finance.
  • Build the post-event scorecard everyone reads. Turn data into the next bet.
