About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Replenishment Manager with deep experience supporting Walmart and Sam’s Club. This role will be responsible for managing inventory health, forecasting, replenishment strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal in-stock performance while minimizing supply chain costs. The ideal candidate has experience working directly with Walmart systems and merchants and possesses a strong understanding of Retail Link, Luminate, and supply chain analytics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
3- 7+ years of replenishment, supply chain, or demand planning experience.
Direct experience managing Walmart and/or Sam’s Club business.
Proficiency in: Walmart Retail Link (Logistics Portal, SQEP, ASIN)
Scintilla
Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
Forecasting and inventory planning tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Understanding of Walmart OTIF requirements and supply chain processes.
Experience supporting omnichannel, eCommerce, or club channel business.
CPFR or APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage daily replenishment activities to maintain target in-stock levels and maximize sales.
Analyze inventory trends, weeks of supply, and forecast accuracy to proactively address risks and opportunities.
Monitor item performance and execute replenishment strategies to support seasonal events, modular transitions, and promotions.
Identify out-of-stock issues and implement corrective actions to improve fill rates and customer service metrics.
Utilize Walmart Retail Link, Scintilla, NOVA, and internal forecasting tools to analyze sales, inventory, and replenishment performance.
Review POS trends, supplier OTIF metrics, and DC inventory to optimize supply chain execution.
Develop reporting and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators including: In-stock % Forecast Accuracy Fill Rate Weeks of Supply OTIF Performance Inventory Turns
Partner with Walmart replenishment managers, merchants, planners, and supply chain teams to resolve inventory issues and support growth initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure supply continuity.
Lead inventory planning for new item launches, promotions, and seasonal programs.
Support S&OP processes and provide demand insights to internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve replenishment efficiency and reduce out-of-stocks.
Drive root-cause analysis for inventory variances and supply disruptions.
Develop and implement best practices to improve service levels and profitability.
