About The Position

Vanguard Workplace Analytics is seeking an OmniChannel Program Manager to lead how analytics demand is owned, prioritized, and delivered across Participant Financial Services (PFS). This role focuses on creating clarity for cross-analytics asks, improving transparency into prioritization and capacity, as PFS continues to expand its omni‑channel engagement efforts. This is a senior individual ‑contributor role requiring strong cross-functional‑ influence, stakeholder management and analytics leadership.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in product management and analytics enablement within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of analytics delivery lifecycles and data driven‑ decision making.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate data and analytics concepts into business outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with analytics, data engineering, and business teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with omni‑channel marketing, campaign analytics, or experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience defining or evolving analytics or data operating models.

Responsibilities

  • Own intake, triage, and prioritization of analytics requests across PFS, with particular focus on cross-team and omni‑channel efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for analytics asks spanning Marketing, Sales & Education, Client Communications, Client Experience and Enterprise partners.
  • Improve transparency into analytics prioritization, capacity constraints, and delivery timelines for business partners.
  • Act as a trusted partner to PFS teams, enabling early analytics engagement in campaign planning and experimentation.
  • Translate analytics constraints, dependencies, and tradeoffs into clear, business friendly‑ communication for stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicate major analytics initiatives, data engineering dependencies, or headwinds that may impact delivery timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve continuity, efficiency, and effectiveness of analytics enablement as business needs to evolve.
  • Enable leaders and crews to understand how their asks fit into the broader portfolio, rather than managing expectations case by case.
