About The Position

The Channel Program Manager (Incentives) plays a critical role in Jamf’s channel organization, focusing on the development, execution, and execution with our partners and incentive platform, Jamf Rewards. This role is responsible for managing partner incentives and rewards, driving partner engagement, and optimizing channel incentives to ensure scalable growth opportunities and mutual success. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end incentive process, aligning closely with Channel Managers and Partners, and ensure our incentive strategies drive growth, net new revenue through Deal Registration, and achieve company objectives. You will also play a key role in managing our Partner Portal (Partner Hub) and Incentives platform (Jamf Rewards), ensuring scalable and effective promotions for our partner ecosystem. For those candidates who live near a Jamf office, you may be expected to work periodically in-office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. For those candidates who are not near a Jamf office, this role may be offered as remote.

Requirements

  • 5+ years channel/industry experience(Required)
  • Strong background in developing and managing partner incentive and rewards programs(Required)
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems, channel dynamics and routes to market
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills(Required)
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing investment in partner incentives
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel skills(Required)
  • Enthusiastically accept new challenges and lead by example

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Impartner and 360Insights (preferred)
  • Experience working in the Apple channel ecosystem (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage incentive programs that align with Jamf’s growth goals, focusing on net-new revenue through Deal Registration and partner engagement.
  • Own the entire incentive process – from planning and execution to analysis and optimization – ensuring timely and accurate reporting and payouts to partners.
  • Work within regional budgets to maximize the impact of incentive programs while maintaining financial accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Managers and partners to understand needs, drive engagement, and ensure incentive programs are effective and attractive.
  • Oversee the Jamf Rewards platform, ensuring incentive programs are easily accessible, understood, and utilized by partners.
  • Develop scalable incentive frameworks that can be efficiently expanded across different regions and partner tiers.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics for incentive programs, providing regular analysis and insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Act as the SME on reporting with a strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce and 360Incentive reporting.
  • Act as the go-to expert on partner incentives, advising on best practices and innovative strategies to motivate partners while meeting company objectives.
  • Create clear and compelling communication materials to educate partners and internal teams on incentive opportunities and processes.
  • Gather feedback from Channel Managers and partners to refine and enhance incentive programs continuously.
  • Work with sales, finance, marketing and operations teams to align incentives with broader company strategies and ensure seamless execution.

  • At Jamf, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is set within a defined range. These ranges can vary based on hiring location. Where an individual's pay falls within that range depends on several factors, including role scope, location, budget, skills, experience, and qualifications. This approach helps ensure fair, competitive pay and provides room to grow as you develop in your role.
  • For sales and commission-based roles, we post On-Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus estimated commission based on achieving 100% of performance targets. Commission is not guaranteed and varies based on individual performance results.
  • Pay Transparency Range $65,200—$191,000 USD
