About The Position

The Program Manager, IT informs the roadmap & PMO strategy, leads complex, cross-functional projects to achieve business goals. This role builds integrated plans, manages RAID, coordinates teams, and ensures delivery aligns with scope, milestones, and quality. The Program Manager makes risks visible early, facilitates decisions, translates processes into requirements, and supports testing, communication, training, and adoption for sustained value. They also assist with road-mapping and prioritization. This role also often has direct reports that may include project managers and/or coordinators from within or external (contingency) to the organization.
