About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a part-time Oil Change Team Member to provide oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance services. No prior experience is required; the company provides paid training. Team members are expected to learn, work hard, maintain a positive attitude, and deliver excellent customer service. The role offers pay of up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions. The company describes opportunities for advancement, including a path from lube technician to shop leadership. The position involves working in a shop environment and may require working in hot or cold weather. Team members must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and maneuvering into and out of a shallow service pit.

Requirements

No previous experience required; willingness to learn and work hard is required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Must be over 18 years of age, except applicants over 16 may qualify in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.
