About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a part-time Oil Change Team Member. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided to prepare team members to perform oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance. The role involves working in a shop environment, serving customers, and maintaining the work area and inventory. Pay is up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions. Requirements

No prior experience required; willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under vehicles.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
Inspect and top off fluids.
Perform coolant exchanges.
Restock and maintain floor inventory.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform light maintenance services such as replacing wiper blades and air filters and filling tires with air.
