About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Part-Time Oil Change Team Member to provide oil changes and other light maintenance services while delivering excellent customer service. No prior experience is required; the company provides paid training. Team members may advance into leadership roles through the company's internal promotion path. Compensation is listed as $11.00–$16.00 per hour, with base pay potentially varying by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay may include commissions or bonuses. Requirements

• No experience required; willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform holding, grasping, pulling, and turning activities for extended periods.
• Willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age, except applicants over 16 may qualify in specified states.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
