About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a part-time Oil Change Team Member to provide oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance services while delivering excellent customer service. No experience is required; paid training is provided. Team members learn to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, inflate tires, and perform other light maintenance. The position offers pay up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Requirements

• No experience is required; must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years old, except in specified states where applicants may be over 16.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
