About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a full-time Oil Change Team Member to work as a crew member and lube technician. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. The role involves changing oil and filters, replacing wiper blades and air filters, checking tire pressure, topping off fluids, and performing other light maintenance services. Team members are expected to work hard, learn, maintain a positive attitude, and provide excellent customer service. The position offers pay up to $15 per hour through base pay and commissions, with weekly bonuses and opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Requirements

No prior experience is required; willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude is expected.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Must be over 18 years old, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
Inspect and top off fluids.
Perform coolant exchanges.
Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Replace wiper blades and air filters and perform other light maintenance services.
